The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. Everything was within easy walking distance and there were plenty of delicious breakfast options nearby. The views from the hostel windows were picturesque, overlooking the street, canal, or a small green garden.
The room I stayed in was quite small, but it had enough storage space and was clean. The shared bathrooms were adequate, but they could have been a bit cleaner.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially for a place so close to the center of town. We had a little mishap with the hostel closing before we could check-in, but the staff at Ostello Domus Civica were helpful and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even let us store our luggage after check-out. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the train station and other transportation options. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a nice terrace where we could relax. I would highly recommend this hostel for a budget-friendly stay in Venice.
